LivingSocial Q&A
Q:
How do you contact this company??????? I want a refund of money, not a refund of bundle bucks!!!!
Rip me off once, shame on you Rip me off twice, shame on me The item i purchased was completely misrepresented as to quality and material. I was supposed to be Stainless Steel and instead was a cheap chrome plated plastic piece of junk. I am trying to get a refund, we'll see. I don't accept their "Final Sale" out on something that is so dishonestly described. It is living social's responsibility to make sure that items sold on their website be accurately and honestly described. If not then they truly cannot be trusted.

Q:
Has anybody bought a Michael Kors watch off LivingSocial. I'm new to this site. And thinking buying a watch for my girlfriend's birthday.
I wouldn't buy anything! Their customer service is really really bad. They won't refund you either. Watchdog have been involved with lots of complaints. Just google reviews and you won't go near! Not sure who is giving good reviews here. Living social employees?!

Hello Brian, between Living Social and Groupon selling name brand items. I have never had a problem with either and you can always return things and get a full refund. Read all the fine print per item and for any services or purchases that you make because some have expiration dates on them as well. Each distributor differs. LS and Groupn are platform sites for other businesses to sell and get their info out there. They are just the platform. But to ease your mind I have had much success with any and all purchases from both sites with the ease of returning if I don't like it.

I have found them very nice to deal with. I think you can get very good quality merchandise at reasonable prices.

Q:
Where is my £99? You are thieves
They took over $80 of my money for theater tickets and there was no theater there! Spent over $400 to take a friend to Chicago, rooms, food, etc and go to the theater. There was NO THEATER for the address listed. No phone number to call; no one in the area knew of a theater but agreed the address listed was in their neighborhood. LS customer service was rude, unhelpful and LS kept my $80.00. I was out $400 as the weekend was planned around the non-existant theater.

There do seem to have been some financial problems with many of the deals from Living Social. But when I had a problem they answered the phone and it was dealt with quickly and the goods resent.

Q:
How much of the sale price would Living Social take?
Normally a percentage... in my case all of the £99 I've paid living social... can't book hotel so presumably they just keep all of it. Can you imagine how many people they're doing this to around the world?

I do not understand your question. However, if you are wondering what the discounted cost is, typically the cost os reduced in 1/2 or a little less. I always go on tje company site of the product I am purchasing to make sure that I am getting a good deal. I would suggest the same to you. I hope this helps.

Q:
Hello, I am a reputable online jewelry vendor who would like to sell on living social. I have repeatedly filled out the proper forms and been told they would get back to me. They have not returned my calls or emails. I have quality jewelry, inventory and great customer service. I would like to know what is the secret to sell on Living Social? I called this morning and finally thru to someone and he said that they were not interested in doing business with us. When asked why he said he did't know. I personally have been a customer of living social and have enjoyed my purchases. I am very disappointed that I have been treated in this fashion. I would appreciate it if you could let me know how I can get someone on the phone who can help me. You would think They could at least give me a try? Thanks so much C. Eisaman company name The Jewelry Empress
Hi cindy, you should try groupon instead. Its been proven reliable to me as compare to living social. There refund policy is swift and approachable. But yet again I can only tell you my experience as a customer with them, know nothing much about their relationship or policies with the vendors.
